Hotel Panamera

Everything is wonderful about this resort: the location, the service, the food, the facilities. Above all, the staff is fabulous--attentive and good-natured. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

What a charming boutique hotel! We went there for our nephew’s wedding and had a wonderful experience! It was perfect for a destination wedding where the families could mix, mingle, get to know each other and not get “lost” in the hubbub of a large all inclusive resort. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming! They were very attentive! I’ll give a shout out to Alberto, Filipe, Armando, Luis, Juan, Dauib, Alexis, Ereke, Petro, Doso, Daniel and Mauricio! They all took such good care of all of us! The rooms were very nice and air conditioned. The concierge were attentive to requests for extra items for our rooms and were quick to get them for us. The beach club was very relaxing with service from bar and restaurant. Great pizzas!! Hotel is located in a great, walkable zone with really nice restaurant options nearby. I highly recommend this Hotel Panamera!

We chose to get married at Hotel Panamera! Had never visited in person. Not only was every inch of the property beautiful and rich in character, but the hotel was also located on lovely strip, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, and a cenote! The staff was impeccable. Any need you had, they were accommodating you with a smile. They memorized our names and preferences. Each and every person was kind, respectful, and genuine - something I have never experienced to this degree in the States. Our wedding was flawless due to their communication, practice, and organization. We were so impressed! They made us feel like true VIPs by accommodating any need or request from ourselves and our guests. Panamera has our heart. So thankful we chose this location, and thankful to have this place and people as part of our story forever.

My son celebrated his wedding at the Panamera Hotel in Tulum. It was absolutely gorgeous! The food was delicious but what made it so special was the way we were treated by the whole Panamera staff , here are the names of those who were hospitable: Alberto, Juan. Joshua, Erick, David, Hector, Armando, cesar, Zazi, Angie, and Zazi.. also Laura from Transfers and Angel who was our driver, kuddos to them , nicest people ever ‘ 😘 I will miss this hotel .

The service was top notch!! I loved how accommodating they were, the food and drinks were so good, the area was safe and fun to walk around or visit a Cenote. Loved that it was a smaller hotel and not packed with a million people. The 2 pools were beautiful, but laying on the loungers at the beach with constant food and drink service was perfection.

Had a lovely time at Hotel Panamera this May. Needed an escape after a brutal NYC winter and booked a last minute trip to visit this hotel and it was exactly what was needed to get through the remaining winter. From the moment we arrived, we were met with fabulous hospitality. We enjoyed the service so much that we only left for dinner 2 of the nights and otherwise stayed on the property grounds. Highly recommend including breakfast with your stay- and Luis, Armando, Pedro and Francisco were our absolute favorite servers in the morning. They let us enjoy our coffee, juice, and fruit while doing crossword puzzles and reading and then order our main dish whenever we wanted- so accommodating!!! The hotel also runs some really great deals for happy hour- a rotating cocktail at a 3 for 2 special. Alberto, Armando, Alexis, Erick and David were so great at the beach and poolside service they offered. Always present, but never pushy. The grounds are fabulous- two pools, a massive beach spread, a beach bar, and a rooftop bar. The programming they put on also makes it so you never need to leave the property. It seems like the owner took some inspiration to the ever-fabulous Soho Beach House (a high compliment). It was also never loud which I deeply appreciated- it was a relaxing trip. Housekeeping is also on it, and the rooms were gorgeous. I really appreciated the small touch of a proper turn down service at night. The meals were fabulous. The grounds were gorgeous. The service and hospitality is what would bring me back to Tulum and I would only consider staying at Hotel Panamera. A gem.
