Our stay was absolutely incredible from beginning to end! A very special thank you to our amazing butlers, Saul and Roberto. They were warm, attentive, and always one step ahead, anticipating our every need. They kept us informed of all the daily activities and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel truly valued, and we hope to see them again when we return. A big shout-out as well to all of the wonderful restaurant staff. Every meal was delicious, every drink was fantastic, and the service was consistently exceptional. Every server welcomed us with a smile and made each dining experience feel special. Thank you to everyone at Le Blanc Cancun for making my birthday celebration so relaxing, memorable, and filled with amazing hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Le Blanc was nothing short of exceptional—truly a 100/10 experience. Words can hardly describe how luxurious, relaxing, and memorable this resort is. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is immaculate. Everything is pristine, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. We were greeted with a warm neck wrap upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch and immediately set the tone for the level of service we would experience throughout our stay. Brando made both our check-in and check-out seamless and welcoming. He truly made us feel at home, and the entire process was effortless from beginning to end. The dining was one of the biggest highlights of our trip. Every meal, from breakfast through dinner, was absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the variety of the menus were outstanding. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. Honestly, you forget you’re staying at an all-inclusive because the food is on par with what you’d expect at a high-end restaurant. While every staff member we encountered was wonderful, Rubicel stood out. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He remembered our food preferences and dietary restrictions, and every meal arrived exactly as requested. We were fortunate enough to have him serve us during both our very first and very last meals, which made our experience even more memorable. The level of service throughout the resort is truly unmatched. Every employee genuinely seems to care about making your stay unforgettable. They anticipate your needs, go out of their way to help, and always do so with a smile. Housekeeping was phenomenal—our room was spotless every day, and coming back each evening to turndown service was something we looked forward to. Our butlers, Carlos and Memo, were absolutely incredible. They checked in with us regularly, made sure we always had everything we needed, and offered thoughtful recommendations to help us get the most out of our stay. Their daily schedules of resort activities made planning each day effortless. They truly made us feel like royalty and even surprised me with a thoughtful birthday celebration in our room, which made the occasion even more special. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ceci, who stepped in during one of the shifts and went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request for three 80-minute deep tissue massages. Her kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. The spa deserves special recognition. It is beautifully designed and incredibly peaceful from the moment you walk in. We loved experiencing the sauna, steam room, and ice room before our massages, and it created the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I’ve had massages in many places around the world, and this was honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Every therapist was outstanding and took the time to address our individual concerns. One of our favorite restaurants was Blanc. We loved it so much that we made reservations there twice during our four-night stay. And yes—the Cowboy steak absolutely lived up to the hype! Brayan helped take care of our table both evenings and was consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. He always made sure our glasses were full and that we had everything we needed. I could honestly go on and on about how much we loved our time at Le Blanc. It is, without question, the best resort I have ever stayed at in Cancun. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, and every aspect of the resort reflects an incredible commitment to excellence. We left with unforgettable memories and are already looking forward to returning. Le Blanc has absolutely become our new go-to luxury resort whenever we visit Mexico.

A special thank you to Luis and Paulina, who spoiled us every day. They were always happy to help with anything we needed—making dinner reservations, keeping us informed about the day’s activities, and even preparing a relaxing bath for us after a long day. On the beach, Christian was exceptional. He always had the perfect drink recommendation, made sure we never ran out of ice water or pineapple juice, and kept my coconut mojitos coming. His attentiveness made every beach day even more enjoyable. One evening, I wasn’t feeling well when we dined at Yama, and Rafael went above and beyond to make sure I had plenty of options that were gentle on my stomach. His kindness and thoughtfulness meant so much. Our favorite restaurant was Blanc, where Caesar provided outstanding recommendations that made every meal memorable. Finally, as our trip came to an end, Victor made our departure seamless by ensuring everything was ready for our trip to the airport. Leaving Le Blanc was the hardest part of our vacation, but thanks to this amazing team, we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable!

Our stay at LeBlanc Cancun was phenomenal! our Butlers Eduardo and Raul were super nice and attentive to all our needs and beyond!! My first time away for my birthday and they made it extra special for me leaving things in our room. Gilbert from the Luna pool and Rafael were so nice and so much fun! Tomas from Cavo Bar..amazing. Loved his energy and enthusiasm! Carlos from butler service phone (I call it that bc he’s always the one that answered if I had to call for something really quick such as a change of bathrobe, slip slippers, etc.). Super nice guy! Honestly, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay here at LeBlanc Cancun!! See ya soon!!

Hugo and Luis made our stay exceptional! Shoutout to Andre and Dani for all of the laughs and fun activities. Especially aquadance and Latin dance! I will have dreams of the truffle fettuccini from Belle. I need to also mention Laura at the pool for being the hardest worker I’ve ever seen. Jael at the pool bar was so great to chat with and made our experience very special! The staff is absolutely amazing all around! Can’t wait to return!
