My husband and I went as a solo couple celebrating our 3rd anniversary and it was a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, our room was wonderful. A bottle of champagne was brought to our room - which we enjoyed. Our butlers, Maggie and Eladio, were so kind and helpful. I was having some pain from a recent car accident and they had medicine brought to me by the pool. They took care of our dinner reservations each night and checked on us regularly but not too often. The restaurants treated us like royalty. We will go back to Live Aqua! Thank you, Maggie & Eladio for your hospitality!

We had a blast, made friends, and Romero was a great help. Everything was so easy and the food was great. The beach in June was very windy and seaweed so everyone stayed at the pools. Definitely worth going to if on the resort strip. Friendly staff who are all genuine and helpful.

My husband and I recently returned from a 10 night /11 day stay at Live Aqua Cancun and I don't even know where to begin. Each and every experience was amazing, every single person was so kind and the food was beyond amazing. Our stay started, as it often does, in the Aqua Club for check in where we met Eladio officially for the first time. He assisted us with our check in and made sure our cabana got set up while we were taking care of check in so that we could head right outside (because who doesn’t want to get outside as fast as possible once you arrive in paradise!). As we walked out to the towel hut Demien was there with a smile and a warm welcome back home. As the late morning turned into the afternoon we were welcomed by Maggie and Monica, two people who have become dear friends and the feeling of being home totally settled in. Each morning we were greeted in Siete by David and others with bright smiles and kind hellos and Carlos at Starbucks with that all important cup of Starbucks coffee. Each time we headed out to check in for our cabana we found Demien, Maria or Edouard had our cabana all set up and ready with towels and everything (and we are out there EARLY!) and they always told us we didn’t need to wait in the official line to “check in” for the day allowing us to start our relaxation first thing in the morning and as the line died down they would bring us the check in form or we would wander up to fill it out. And Edouard was so kind ... the weather during our trip was so hot and would bring cold wash cloths out to the guests mid-afternoon, after learning my favorite scent that reminds me of Live Aqua he made sure that each day that is what was on the wash cloths he brought out to me, what a kind, thoughtful thing to do! Monica, David and Amit ook such amazing care of us during the day, providing amazing service and smiles. Maggie and Eladio were dream butlers. They were always willing to help with anything and everything we needed and even managed to surprise us for our anniversary and my birthday with sweet celebrations. They stopped by the cabana each day for a chat and Eladio and my husband started daily "good idea" chats which left both with smiles. And my chats with Maggie are what have made me come to think of her as a good friend, she is the most sincere, kind human. In all our trips to Live Aqua we have never had lunch in a restaurant, preferring to stay in our cabana and enjoy Jose's offerings at the grill (the pork chops are OUT OF THIS WORLD). Our mid-afternoons always consist of bingo with Ricky and the entertainment crew. Ricky is one of the kindest people we have met. He is excellent at his job and makes sure everyone is engaged, having fun and most importantly...laughing!  He has done such a good training the new entertainment staff , they are all coming into their own and doing so well. We met so many kind people this trip that we hadn't had a chance to meet on prior visits (Morelia, Mr. Santamaria and some of his other managers, and so many more!). Our butlers from previous stays stopped by our cabana each day to say hello too (Sakny is so kind and sweet!!) I can't say enough good things about all the people, the food and the overall experience at Live Aqua. They truly have become family there!

We've been to Live Aqua more than 35 times and this trip was even more outstanding than all the rest. The Presidential Suite was absolutely stunning. It's my absolute favorite Suite in the resort. From the moment we arrived everything was so special and so perfect. A huge thank you goes out to David Martinez for everything that he did for us to make this trip so memorable. Our Butlers Arturo & Viri were so friendly and attentive. They made sure that everything went so super for us. They were truly awesome. Our dining experiences were all so delicious. Breakfast in the mornings at Siete had everything we could ever want for breakfast. David, Carlos, Nelci, Blanca, Marco, Patricia and all of the servers and hostesses were wonderful. We were never without anything. We loved having our lunches at Azur & Varenna. The menu selections were wonderful from pizza to tacos and burgers and pastas. Oscar, Angel, Helvert and Maruicio were always right there to make sure we had everything that we needed. We always had something yummy to eat. Our dinners at Varenna were so flavorful. Everything was absolutely perfect. Susana and Chef Antonio always kept special dishes coming our way. Hidden Garden is always one of our favorites. Belen, Edu & Chef Mario made sure that we had all of our favorites. MB was incredible every night that we ate there. Rodrigo, Frieda, Fidel and Chef Wilian made every meal that we ate there incredibly special. We can't say enough about how fantastic the food is here. Our pool days were so relaxing and enjoyable. We want to say thank you to the pool hut staff for always having our Bali bed ready for our arrival each day. All of our pool servers made sure that we always had a full bucket of water on ice and always had a fantastic drink in our hands. Jonathan Chaire made sure that we had all of our favorite things without even having to ask. He's always awesome!!!! This trip fell over my birthday and I have to say that the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special for me. They even had me in tears at one point. They are truly family to me. I appreciate them more than I can express. And I always have to give a thank you to Mr. Alfredo Santamaria. He has created this magical place were we get to have some of the best memories of our lives. The staff here is absolutely the reason that we keep coming back time and time again. Once again, Thank you David Martinez!!!!! You are the best.

Our stay at Live Aqua Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The resort offers outstanding amenities, making it the perfect place to relax while also enjoying plenty of fun activities. The food was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet—it offers a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. For dinner, MB Restaurant was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip. The cuisine was exceptional, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. You can truly appreciate the expertise and creativity of the culinary team under the direction of Chef William. Every meal was a memorable experience. What made the experience even more special was the incredible service. The staff consistently checked on us to make sure everything was perfect, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. A special thank you to our servers, Julio 1 and Julio 2, whose professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional customer service made every visit to MB Restaurant even more enjoyable. If you’re visiting Live Aqua Cancun, MB Restaurant is a must. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to come back!
