Secrets The Vine Cancun - All Inclusive Adults Only

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun was amazing from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and the views of the Caribbean are incredible. Our room was spacious, modern, and had an amazing ocean view that made waking up every morning unforgettable. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere were perfect for relaxing, and there were plenty of activities if you wanted to stay busy. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants, and the food was consistently good throughout the resort. The Vine Café and late-night room service were two of our favorite amenities. The only minor downside was that the drinks were weaker than we expected, and we had one experience where the host at the steakhouse wasn't very accommodating. Other than that, the service throughout the resort was excellent, and everyone worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had an incredible vacation and would absolutely come back. Secrets The Vine is a fantastic adults-only resort for couples looking to relax, enjoy beautiful beaches, and make great memories.

Honestly one of the best resorts I’ve stayed in everything was super clean and nicely maintained. Food was honestly great a lot of variety Not to mention all the options for restaurants there are 7 options included and all very different. for breakfast the best option is the market Café, which is a Mexican buffet in our server with Caesar, the best! make sure to ask for him. And for dinner It’s first come first serve which is why we ate dinner like 6:30 because after that the crowds start coming in. There is also a café in the middle of the hotel that is open 24/7 where you can get pastries, snacks, and coffee as well. Staff was amazing and very attentive when came to bringing you drinks they made sure to take care of you wether in the pool they have 3 by the way and one more if your preferred guest if you upgrade which honestly I can’t speak much on because we didn’t which was fine really couldn’t get any better. Pools do close at 7 but beach access is pretty much open. People do get up early to claim the good chairs which I saw some people complain about, but it really wasn’t that bad. Usually the early birds would leave around lunchtime and then you can find good seats, but we never had an issue. Entertainment is really nice. They have activities throughout the day by the pool that you can join we used the Hyatt app which gave us a day by day schedule to let us know the times of activities and such please take advantage of the app it really helps. Please don’t forget to tip your servers! They don’t mind dollars so you don’t even have to exchange your money they work really hard to make sure you have everything you need so it’s the least you can do. We used Expedia travel services that’s located in the hotel to travel to Chichen Itza and to swim in the Cenotes, it’s super safe and they took really good care of us. The only complaint I have is that they play live music in the main area outside that you can hear from the 14th floor, which is where we stayed, but we just played white noise on our phones and it drowned it out. This hotel is very serene very calm not really your party type. Just have a good time Feel kind of place which worked perfect for us.

Absolutely loved it here! Service is top notch, food and drinks were great. Beautiful room, immaculate grounds, loved the pools and hot tub. Only thing was there isn’t really a main entertainment area and the app didnt have accurate information for events each night, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The fiesta was a lot of fun and such a nice celebration! My husband didnt love the lack of ESPN on TV lol but that’s neither here nor there. We had a fabulous time and I would absolutely go back again!

This was our second visit to Secrets The Vine Cancun. Our first stay was right before the pandemic during the first week of January, when the weather was absolutely perfect. Visiting in May this time was definitely warmer, and there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach, which was a little disappointing. The resort itself isn't massive, which actually makes it incredibly convenient. You don't have to do a ton of walking—you can just hop on the elevator in the lobby and get to your room in no time. The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent. Everything from the fresh fruit to the cheeses and variety of dishes was delicious, and we loved that they changed the selection daily. The à la carte restaurants also offered high-quality food and top-notch service. We especially enjoyed the Preferred Club. Having a dedicated lounge floor with a butler station and a bar serving cocktails, coffee, and snacks was fantastic. It is truly worth the upgrade! Above all, Secrets The Vine’s million-dollar views of the Cancun beach and the lagoon always made our trip truly wonderful. We would love to come back!

The Spa was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the hydrotherapy circuit even the cold plunge! The Vine is a high rise rather than the sprawling Secrets resorts we are accustomed to, but we still had a lovely stay. Dinner at the Blue Water Grill was fantastic.

The food at Olio on the 12th floor is IMPECCABLE! Luis and Laejandro were so kind and took care of us so well! Their service and hospitality was truly memorable🥰 Everything in the hotel has been great! Totally recommend🫶🏻
